WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our products are shipped within approximately 24 to 48 hours, except in exceptional circumstances, and will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (estimated delivery time) in France and 5 to 8 business days (estimated delivery time) in Europe and the rest of the world. Shipments are made Monday through Friday.

Delivery times may be slightly longer due to unusual increases in orders on the website, postal delays (such as strikes), periods of heavy traffic, or incorrect sorting of packages at sorting centers. However, in 99.9% of cases, packages arrive at their destination without any problems.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your dissatisfaction by email or via our Contact page. We will review your request, and once it has been approved, simply return the item in question and we will issue a refund. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility in this case.
